Arrival & Departure:
In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests will be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference and their passport/identity card/driving licence.
Guests may check in is between 14:00 and 20:00 hours on the day of arrival; early arrivals must be cleared with reservation beforehand.
On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12.00 noon (unless a later departure is stated as part of your Booking). Late check-outs after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the Hotel.

Full pre-payment of the total accommodation amount is required to confirm your online reservation.
Credit Cards Accepted: American Express, MasterCard/Diners International and Visa.
The customer/client hereby agrees that this transaction constitutes an electronic transaction as defined in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2002 and that a binding agreement has been concluded between the Hotel and the customer/client authorising the Hotel to deduct or to debit the credit card for payments for services rendered to the customer/client. The hand signature of the customer/client shall not be required for authorisation purposes.
The credit card used to confirm and pay for a reservation is required to be presented on check-in at the hotel. An imprint of this card will be taken by the hotel on check-in, in order to prove the card was present and prevent fraud.

• Rates are quoted per apartment per night for single or double occupancy
• Rates are for accommodation only unless otherwise specified.
• Children under 18 (maximum 2) stay free when sharing with their parents in a family room (2 Bedroom Apartment).
• Adults exceeding 2 in a Two Bedroom apartment will be charged an additional R500 per person per night.
• Maximum of 2 people in a one bedroom apartment and 4 people in a 2 bedroom apartment.

Guest Behaviour:
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

No Smoking:
C.A.G is committed to providing its guests and employees with a smoke-free environment. Smoking is totally prohibited in apartments, with the exception of private apartment balconies. If you do not comply with the smoke-free law, you will be committing an offence. The fixed penalty notice imposed on the person smoking is R2000.00. We kindly request you to respect the law and refrain from smoking in the hotel.

All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the establishment must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Cots and extra beds are available in most of our properties. However, these are limited and subject to availability.

Guide dogs are accepted with prior arrangement, and other dogs may be accepted at the Company’s discretion, but otherwise no pets are allowed at the Establishment.

All accommodation provided in terms of any booking made on this website will be subject to the standard C.A.G terms and conditions of residence of the establishment concerned.

Stayed at The Cube for one night. Beautiful, modern apartments with fabulous views. Booked into a one bed, but was upgraded to a more spacious two bed apartment- but to be honest the one bed is just as beautiful! The unit is fully equipped and very reasonably priced, definitely better than a cramped hotel room. Thank you Ryan and team. We will be back.

Ryan and Dineshan were very helpful and accommodating and the accommodation itself is amazing! We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which is spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again and would highly recommend the apartments.
