Losokwan Luxury Tented Camp
About Losokwan Luxury Tented Camp
Losokwan Camp, an authentic Kenyan safari camp, is the perfect base from which to explore the Masai Mara wilderness without compromising on comfort.
The camp is small and intimate and is located in the Lemek Conservancy just north of the Masai Mara game reserve, one of the best wildlife viewing areas of the Masai Mara ecosystem.
Our Conservancy offers hard-hitting game-viewing throughout the year and comprises open savannah and a tree-lined section of the mara river with high concentrations of plains game and the wildlife numbers are particularly intensified during the annual wildebeest migration.
The camp's nine tents have been strategically positioned to take to take in the spectacular scenery of the Masai Mara plains and have been designed to have minimal impact on the local environment. All the tents can either be sold as doubles, singles/twins or triples depending on the client needs. However, our family tent can have both twin beds and a king-size double bed as the tent has two rooms joined by a cozy family lounge.
The camp offers game drives in shared 4x4 land cruisers which carry a maximum of six guests for comfortable seating and window seat guarantee. Clients also have the option of booking exclusive use of vehicles at supplement costs. Clients can either enjoy our standard morning and afternoon game drives, or full day game drives with picnic lunch boxes on request.
Mara North/Lemek Conservancy is a key dispersal area for the great wildebeest migration and offers a very important habitat for a unique concentration of African wild animals, birds, rich vegetation and open savannah.
A visit to Losokwan is a chance to experience a small taste of paradise in the wilderness like no other place in Africa.
